Our comprehensive inspection services are available for residential, commercial and industrial construction. We are professionally licensed in the State of Texas, and utilize specialized methods, procedures and equipment in many of our inspection services to enhance the information we deliver. We are are certified in residential thermography, and utilize infrared imaging systems, moisture metering equipment, and boroscopic analysis in our specialized procedures for the detection of moisture intrusion and leakage. We also specialize in inspections and assessments related to damages from catastrophic weather events and flooding, utilizing our experience as disaster response officials for FEMA performing damage assessments. Lastly, we conduct specialized inspection services for accessibility in accordance with ADA and VA standards for housing adaptations for the disabled, and can provide comprehensive risk assessment and detailed report of findings for single and multi-family construction.
Our detailed reporting method also provides comprehensive documentation that enhances effectiveness during negotiations. Detailed commentary, digital photographs and infrared images are included to provide descriptive information, and we render well-founded opinions based on many years of professional experience to provide a sense of scope often lacking in the standard property inspection report.
Pricing is based primarily on the size of the dwelling or building, with additional cost for special features and components like swimming pools, irrigation and sprinkler systems, and all specialized inspection and assessment services. We have no minimum inspection fee, and provide affordable value with our services that will meet or exceed expectations on a consistent basis.

Construction Management Services
Assured Asset Inspections provides construction management services for both prime contractors and subcontractors in residential and commercial construction. We apply just the right scope of analysis to ensure that construction is not only code compliant, but free of defects or deficiencies regarding workmanship that can lead to a dispute. We specialize in identifying deficiencies commonly resulting in complaints that lead to litigation, utilizing extensive experience with delivering expert testimony in civil litigation regarding construction contracts. More importantly, we assist in developing cost effective mitigation methods that dramatically improve function and reduce liability.
Our services included consultation services during planning and design, quality control stage inspections, and final quality assurance inspection procedures prior to closing. Our construction management services are based on a flat fee, ensuring that any additional inspections required during the procedure remain within the price quoted at the beginning of the project. We take on the risk and cost of a problematic job site, doing so without compromising the integrity of the procedure.
